
Dan Keenan serves as the Executive Chef at University Auxiliary Services at CSU Los Angeles. In addition to his role as Executive Chef, he holds the position of Director of Restaurant and Catering Facilities and is the Operations Director for the Campus Convenience Store.
His specialties include initiating catering business startups, full-service restaurant and banquet menu planning, and leveraging his expertise in campus dining operations. Dan is dedicated to creating exceptional culinary experiences for the university community.
