Dan “coach” Keenan is a general/senior superintendent for The Weitz Company, a renowned national builder that offers creative solutions for challenging projects, and he has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry.
Dan is in charge of organising a group of more than 300 trade partners to complete a $200 million retirement community project that includes seven buildings, an Olympic-sized pool, and a vehicle barn on 16 acres of land.
Construction management, project planning and development, quality assurance, construction safety, process scheduling, and subcontractor coordination are some of Dans’s key competencies.
He is certified in sedimentation and erosion control (CPESC) and fluent in Pro Core, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project. Dan has a strong passion for teaching, coaching, and presenting techniques that improve team and client happiness and performance. His goal in the building industry is to close the gap between where they are and where they want to be.
